1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the YourCleanOrbit website (yourcleanorbit.world) and booking our premium cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YourCleanOrbit.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines.

2. Service Description

YourCleanOrbit provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Cebu City and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Regular house cleaning and maintenance
• Deep cleaning and spring cleaning
• Office and commercial space cleaning
• Post-construction cleanup
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Eco-friendly cleaning solutions
• Scheduled recurring cleaning services

All services are performed by trained, bonded, and insured cleaning professionals using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products when requested.

Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and seasonal demand. YourCleanOrbit reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking services. This includes but is not limited to property address, contact information, specific cleaning requirements, and access instructions.

3.2 Property Access

Users are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has proper access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or being present to grant entry. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation charges.

3.3 Property Preparation

Users should remove or secure valuable items, documents, and fragile objects before our cleaning team arrives. While our team is trained to handle your property with care, YourCleanOrbit cannot be held liable for damage to items left in areas to be cleaned.

3.4 Safety and Health

Users must inform our team of any safety hazards, hazardous materials, or health concerns that may affect our cleaning services. This includes but is not limited to chemical sensitivities, pet allergies, or dangerous conditions.

3.5 Payment Obligations

Users agree to pay all charges for services rendered according to the quoted price and payment terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Company Responsibilities and Standards

4.1 Professional Service

YourCleanOrbit commits to providing professional, courteous, and reliable cleaning services. Our team members are uniformed, trained, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

4.2 Quality Assurance

We guarantee the quality of our work and will return to re-clean any area that does not meet our high standards within 24 hours of service completion, subject to scheduling availability.

4.3 Insurance and Bonding

YourCleanOrbit maintains comprehensive liability insurance and bonds for all our cleaning teams. This coverage protects both our employees and your property in the unlikely event of damage or theft.

4.4 Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property, personal information, and any observations made during service. Information will only be shared as required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Payment Terms and Billing

5.1 Pricing

Service pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, frequency of service, and specific requirements. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional services not included in the original quote will be charged separately.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5.3 Recurring Services

For recurring services, payment is due monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5.4 Late Fees

Payments overdue by more than 7 days may incur a late fee of 2% of the outstanding amount or ₱200, whichever is greater. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be referred to collection agencies.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule cleaning services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

6.2 Emergency Cancellations

In cases of emergency or force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.), no cancellation fees will be charged. We will work with customers to reschedule services at the earliest available time.

6.3 Company Cancellations

YourCleanOrbit reserves the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, staff emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered rescheduling at no additional cost.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 Property Damage

YourCleanOrbit's liability for any property damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of ₱50,000 per incident. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

7.2 Limitations of Liability

YourCleanOrbit shall not be liable for:

• Damage to items of exceptional value not properly secured
• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Damage resulting from improper home maintenance
• Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, documents, or personal items

7.3 Insurance Coverage

Our insurance coverage includes general liability, property damage, and workers' compensation. We carry a ₱5 million general liability policy to protect our customers and our business.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

YourCleanOrbit is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services and improving our business operations.

8.1 Information Collection

We collect contact information, property details, service preferences, and payment information necessary to provide our services effectively. All information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent.

8.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements relating to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and YourCleanOrbit regarding the use of our website and services.
